The Shipping and Receiving Clerk performs shipping, receiving, and report functions, assists with inventory control, addresses customer needs, and may occasionally pick up and deliver parts.   This is an hourly position.

The Delivery Driver will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for VDOT sites, and assist with inventory control.    This is an hourly position.

The Parts Specialist I provides counter service to VDOT employees who need parts/equipment to perform their jobs. The Parts Specialist I will assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, customer service, and may occasionally drive a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts. This is an hourly position.

The Parts Specialist II demonstrates proficiency at sourcing parts, mastery of procedures, and exceptional customer service.   The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $26.00.

The Parts Specialist I provides counter service to VDOT employees who need parts/equipment to perform their jobs. The Parts Specialist I will assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, customer service, and may occasionally drive a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts. This is an hourly position.

The Parts Specialist II provides counter service to NJDOT employees who need parts/equipment to perform their jobs. The Parts Specialist II will assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, customer service, and may occasionally drive a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts. The Parts Specialist II demonstrates proficiency at sourcing parts, mastery of procedures, and exceptional customer service.   This is an hourly position and the pay will be $21.00 to $23.10 hourly.   

The Truck Driver Light will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for VDOT sites, and assist with inventory control. The position does not require a CDL license.     This is an hourly position.

Technical Proposal Writer (TPW) Manager is responsible for creating and delivering business proposals that align with client needs and organizational goals. Analyzing proposal documents such as requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotations (RFQs). Researching requests to determine potential costs and benefits. Coordinating information and tasks with various departments within the organization. Prepare written proposals to communicate company’s ability to effectively meet the contract needs. This is a salaried position.

The Parts Specialist will manage the customer’s internal parts identification numbering system and maintain all references in the point of sale system. The Parts Specialist will assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, and may occasionally provide customer service to MaineDOT employees who need parts/equipment to perform their job, as well as drive a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts.   This is an hourly position.

The Stock Clerk will be performing various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in the inventory system, stocking shelves, pulling stock orders and calling vendors for purchase and credit invoices. This is an hourly position.
