Technical Proposal Writer (TPW) Manager is responsible for creating and delivering business proposals that align with client needs and organizational goals. Analyzing proposal documents such as requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotations (RFQs). Researching requests to determine potential costs and benefits. Coordinating information and tasks with various departments within the organization. Prepare written proposals to communicate company’s ability to effectively meet the contract needs.
This is a salaried position.
Proposal development – create and produce proposal packages that meet client requirements and align with business objectives. Gather information, writing, revising, and editing drafts, including executive summaries and conclusions.
Research and analysis – identify and clarify opportunities, attend meetings, analyze client needs to tailor proposals effectively.
Collaboration – coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of proposals. May involve working with managers and technical staff.
