This position is a Customer Service position dealing with a high volume of customers in person, email as well as the phone. This is a high visible position with many duties.
Responsible for answering the phone and directing calls to appropriate people as well as checking on the status of orders. Responsible for entering orders sent in by customers via email, fax and phone. Will be dealing with the customers that walk in and answer all questions as well as place the orders that they require. Will be responsible for obtaining quotes from various vendors for the customers both in person as well as phone and email. Position requires multi-tasking.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with Microsoft Navision (NAV)
